You’re right.
There is more of your Self to discover, express, and bring to life.
Let your heart lead the way.
Live, decide, and create from the infinite intelligence of your heart—an overflow of
unity, love, respect, harmony, honesty, fair exchange, kindness, and forgiveness.
Bring your heart's intelligence to whatever life asks of you.
Not to avoid difficulty.
To meet it.
With certainty.
This is The HI Way.
A little about me.
I'm Janine.
For more than four decades, I've worked internationally across hospitality, spa, and wellness, including in Bali, Thailand, Guam, and the CNMI.
I've always been drawn to operating in harmony with something greater than myself. In Bali, I witnessed the sacred relationship woven into everyday life—in the food, the land, relationships, business, and the way people cared for what mattered.
I recognized something I had long understood intuitively, but hadn't yet put into words.
I brought that understanding back into my work in hospitality, applying heart intelligent principles to operations, communication, and the way people worked together. I experienced the difference in myself and in my teams: deeper connection, genuine caring, and a more conscious way of doing business.
I also saw what became possible when those principles informed the very way a business was designed to operate.
I took an underperforming spa and reimagined how it could work from the ground up. The project involved creating an entirely new way to envision, design, build, and operate a spa—with Heart INtelligence informing the underlying operating infrastructure.
The result was a spa rated number one on the island. To this day, I still hear how the operating model changed people's understanding of what was possible—not just in profitability, but in productivity and purpose.
As Veronica Romero, Spa Director of Jiivana Spa for Well-Being, put it:
“This forever changed how I view the relationship between how we set up our facility and our spa’s profitability, productivity and purpose.”
But the principles weren't just changing how I worked. They were changing how I lived.
When my mom was dying, I went to care for her, fully prepared for the hard parts—the exhaustion, the overwhelm, the weight of it all.
What I wasn't prepared for was the honesty of it all.
I could meet that experience with presence because, for twenty years, I had been practicing a different way of being in life.
The HI Way is the integration of what I've learned, what I've lived, and what I know is possible when we live through the truthful guidance of our higher intelligence.
