I’m Janine.

For decades, I've worked internationally across hospitality, spa, and wellness, including in Bali, Thailand, Guam, and the CNMI.

I've always been curious about how we can create in harmony with life—not just on paper, but in the way we live, work, relate, and grow in self-awareness.

In Bali, I witnessed something remarkable: a culture that wove deeper meaning and a sense of the sacred into everyday life—in the food, relationships, business, and the way people cared for one another and the environment.

I began to recognize the deeper intelligence at work in these ways of living and relating, and how it could bring greater harmony, connection, and purpose to everything we do.

I brought what I was discovering into my work in hospitality, exploring how this intelligence could inform operations, communication, and the way people worked together.

And what happened was remarkable.

Deeper connection. Genuine caring. Teams working together more coherently. A more conscious way of doing business.

I was intrigued. If bringing this intelligence into how we work together could create such a shift, what else was possible?

Reimagining What a Business Can Be

I wanted to explore what else this intelligence could make possible in a larger business endeavor.

When I applied the heart's higher intelligence to an underperforming spa, I reimagined the business from the ground up.

Not simply a fresh look or a new way of doing things, but an entirely different approach to envisioning, designing, building, and operating a spa—with the intelligence of the heart informing its underlying operating infrastructure.

The result? A spa rated number one on the island.

Even more rewarding was seeing how this approach expanded what people understood was possible—not just in profitability, but in productivity and purpose.

That experience reinforced something I was discovering: when we work with the heart's higher intelligence, we access possibilities and solutions that conventional thinking alone can never uncover.

And if bringing this intelligence into a business could create such a shift, what else might become possible when we bring it into everyday life?

The dimensions of intelligence weren't just changing how I approached work or a project.

They were changing how I lived, day in and day out.

When my mom was dying, I went to care for her, fully prepared for the hard parts—the exhaustion, the overwhelm, the weight of it all.

What I wasn't prepared for was the depth of honesty of it all.

There was no fixing the situation or making it something it wasn't. There was simply the opportunity to meet it, be present, and love her through it, the best I could.

Decades of working with the heart's higher intelligence had taught me to see beyond the obvious, trust what I knew, and meet life's circumstances with greater presence rather than simply react to them.

My explorations into reality creation had also given me a deeper understanding of how our inner environment, what we embody, and the intelligence we draw upon influence what we experience.

It didn't mean I could dictate what happened.

It meant I had a say in how I met it and what level of yes I brought to the experience.

That distinction changed everything.

I love knowing that the higher intelligence of the heart can inform so much more than how we meet life's hardest moments. It can shape the quality of our experiences, how consciously we create, how we relate and communicate, how we move through life, and what we imagine possible.

And I love sharing this possibility with others.
